Mood Exhibit “The Life Electronic” is filled with interesting electronic tracks with great detail and a sense of playfulness. The playfulness is not naive though, but instead with a sense of great knowledge of all the elements of electronic music at Audio Obscura’s disposal. Too complex and textured for any dance floor, but perfect for listening for all the visual texture. This just might be my favorite Audio Obscura release. Highly recommended for adventurous electronic music listeners Favorite track: 20th Century Sky.
Stephen Holly

Stephen Holly Incredibly detailed, original and engrossing from start to finish. Equivalent to a book you want to re-read immediately. Favorite track: The Death Of A Hauntologist.
Roland Pyle

Roland Pyle Each track on this album is a richly detailed chapter in a wonderfully captivating work. Memories of sounds of the 1980s and interesting links, esp track 8, to the writings of Gareth Rees about "Unofficial Britain"
